Privacy policy
In plain words: what we learn about you when you visit the CODE5 IT site or use the Khadamati or Ishtari apps, and what we never collect.
Last updated: 29 October 2026
Who we are
CODE5 IT is a technology company that builds systems, apps and digital platforms. This policy covers code5it.com, the Khadamati app (khadamati.code5it.com) and the Ishtari app.
What we do not collect
You do not need an account to browse the site or to use Khadamati.
We use no analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and no tracking cookies.
Khadamati never asks for or stores passwords, card numbers, verification codes or banking logins, and it never carries out transactions or payments.
What stays on your device only
The site remembers in your browser that you closed the top notice, so it does not show again.
Khadamati keeps on your device only: the services you saved, your recent searches and your chosen language. This is never sent to us; clearing the app or browser data removes it.
When you contact us
If you write to us by email or any other channel, we receive what you send (such as your name, email and message). We use it only to reply to you, and we never sell or share it.
Hosting and server logs
The site and the app are hosted by a hosting provider (Vercel). Like any website, the provider may log general technical details of requests, such as IP address, browser type and time, to run and protect the service. We do not use these logs to identify you.
Links to other sites
The site and Khadamati link to other organisations, such as government platforms, banks and LinkedIn. When you open them you leave our site, and their own privacy policies apply.
The Ishtari app
Ishtari is a classifieds and e-commerce platform that brings sellers and buyers together, and it needs an account. So we keep only the following, to run the app:
Account: your name, phone number and city, and your email if you add one. Your password is stored encrypted; nobody can read it, not even our team.
Sellers: when you apply to open a store we keep the seller name, WhatsApp number, store name and location (state and city) and a short summary of the products, and we keep the subscription payment receipts.
Ads: product details and photos are shown to every Ishtari user, together with the store name and city. The seller's personal name is not shown to visitors.
Contact: when a buyer taps «WhatsApp» or «Call» on an ad, they see the seller's number and we record that they made contact. Messages inside the app are stored; our team may review messages that contain banned words, as well as reports with their photos and support requests.
Seller subscriptions are paid by bank transfer, and the seller uploads a photo of the transfer receipt. The app never asks for or stores card numbers or banking logins.
Password reset codes are sent by WhatsApp or email. The app takes photos only from your gallery when you choose them, and does not use your location.
We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Deleting your Ishtari account
You can delete your account yourself at any time inside the app: «My account» → «Delete account», then confirm with your password. Or write to info@code5it.com from the email or number registered on your account.
Erased at once: your name, number, email and password, your favourites, cart and notifications, and your stores and products leave the app. Sales, reports and chats stay without your name («Deleted account»), because the other party may need them in a dispute. Deletion cannot be undone, and you can open a new account with the same number later.
Our business products
Systems such as Service Desk Mini and HR System are used inside companies and organisations with their own accounts; data terms are agreed with each organisation when it subscribes.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top.
